On Saturday, September 30th, the annual festival of Cell Shrine was held. This year, many guests including doctors from Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore came to Japan and participated. First, a ritual was held by the Sumiyoshi Shrine chief priest in front of the altar inside the research institute, and then a purification ceremony was held at Cell Shrine with all the guests participating. In the event that followed, there were fun performances such as a drumming performance by the familiar members of the Otaru Taiko Group, Ako Tomine playing the accordion, and Daishi giving a recital. Naokai offers a variety of delicious menus, including chankonabe cooked by Mr. Daishi, and seafood barbecue made with plenty of Hokkaido seafood such as oysters and scallops. Guests from overseas were also very satisfied. In his speech, our representative Alexei emphasized that we will continue to promote more active corporate activities. Additionally, Otaru Mayor Mr. Hazama, who took time out of his busy schedule to speak with us, spoke about his expectations for our company's research that contributes to people's healthy life expectancy and our contribution to the local community.
