On May 9th (Tuesday) and 10th (Wednesday), our company hosted the "Synecoculture Workshop» by Mr. Takashi Otsuka, a master of agriculture, food culture and nature. The location is a wooded area around 271 Oshiro 1-chome, close to KINTARO Cells Power Oshiro Research Institute (in front of the Oshiro Post Office, right next to Daichuji Temple). This symbiotic farming method that Professor Otsuka is practicing is unique and unthinkable in conventional agriculture, such as "no plowing, no pesticides, no fertilizers, no weeding." It was a very valuable workshop where the participants could directly learn their own farming methods that value the workings of the earth and the circulation of the natural world.
