Power Otaru Oshoro Research institute have, for the first time entered one of
the Hokkaido's biggest winter event called "Yuki Akari no Chichi
Festival". Although it was canceled due to the spread of the COVID-19
infection, people were highly encouraged to light up the candles on the
premises by themselves. Approximately 160 prayer candles were lit around the
cell shrine in prayers of health, which is a beautiful sight to behold.
