Takatoshi Nakamura
Chief of digitization and robotization department
Conducted research on artificial intelligence and cryptography at MIT, U.S.A. Worked under Dr. Koichi Masubuchi and Dr. Marvin Minsky, and independently developed the next-generation AI circuit, «Cognitive Processor». Later, he completed research on perfect cryptography in 2005, which was started by Dr. Claude Shannon in 1949 in the United States. He holds four graduate degrees from Keio University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After working at McKinsey & Company Japan, he was a Research Affiliate at MIT from 1996 to 2014. He currently serves on the board of directors of Kintaro Okinawa Inc. and as the Representative Director of the Research Institute of Information Security.
Hajime Tanaka

In 1983, after passing the Certified Public Accountant exam, he joined Tsuboi Kyodo Audit Office. In 1990, he became the head of the international department of Sanyu Audit Corporation and later became the managing director of Sanyu BDO Consulting Co., Ltd. As a management consultant, he guided companies in preparing to go public. In 2002, he opened Aozora Certified Public Accountant Office and became its representative. Utilizing his comprehensive skills, he mainly provided guidance in hospital management. In 2013, he served as the general manager of Seikeikai Medical Corporation. Since 2022, he has been a full-time tax accountant for Kintaro Cells Power Co., Ltd.
Alexei Gladkov
President
1989: Received a Master of Philosophy degree from Novosibirsk University.
2002: Received a Master of Business Administration degree in Moscow. With over 28 years of international business experience, 22 years were actively based in Japan. This included the experience in international medical tourism, internet and software development, biotechnology-related work, and other fields.
2010: Personally underwent bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell therapy and recognized its positive potential.
2014: Established Kintaro Cells Power Co., Ltd. in Japan based on advanced cell cultivation technology.
Ken Kobayashi
CBO(Chief Branding Officer)
Worked at Dentsu Tech Inc. (currently Dentsu Promotion Plus Inc.) as a TV commercial production producer, e-CRM marketing producer, branding construction producer, and as a partner in branding and advertising strategies for major companies. Afterward, he founded ALEX Co., Ltd., which operated a sales and marketing business targeting wealthy individuals. In 2017, he became CBO (Chief Branding Officer) of KINTARO Cells Power Co., Ltd., where he was involved in brand strategy, product understanding, and promotion activities associated with global expansion.
Nina Gladkova
Medical Director (Doctor of Medicine)
In 1997, Dr. Nina Gladkova was assigned as the Chief Executive Officer of Novosibirsk Medical Clinic. Then, in 2001, she studied cell culture at the Biotechnology Institute in Russia. By 2009, Dr. Gladkova became the research director of I.C.I.D., designing and organizing workshops on utilizing Russian biotechnology and human resource education. In 2013, she was involved in the research on the practical application of cell culture as a medical director (of Medical Grid). Dr. Gladkova became the Medical Director of Kintaro Cells Power in 2014, and was engaged in comprehensive research and laboratory management in the practical field of regenerative medicine.
Kenji Yamamoto
Security Department Manager
After entering Nihon University in 1983, he was active as a racer in the world of car racing (All Japan GT Championship, etc.) for 14 years. In 1997, he retired from racing and started a detective business in Naka-ku, Yokohama. Over the course of 27 years, he conducted all kinds of research, and is now in charge of the security department of Kintaro Companies Group, utilizing his know-how. In 2013, he took position of the Japan Investigation Business Integrity Council director. In August 2024, he became the representative director of Kintaro Security Co., Ltd.
