Baby boomers or boomers is a term from the theory of generations. These are people born from 1946 to 1964. Generations, in general, are distinguished by their values. These differences give rise to generational conflict. We want to draw attention to the fact that the boomers have a specific worldview, namely: boomers are convinced that they are welcome everywhere. After the terrible war, every baby born was a symbol of peace. And boomers keep this imprint in their hearts. In addition, the boomers' period of growing up coincided with thirty years of unprecedented technological progress (50-60-70). These thirty years has formed a specific attitude towards the value of human life.
The boomers were replaced by X, Y and Z, but the boomers still carry their happy banner ahead of them, simply because they cannot do otherwise.
Boomers also keep most of the free money of the world economy in their accounts.
Boomers also have their mortgage paid off and the modern trend of living without personal property exists somewhere in a parallel universe to them.
And also the immune cells of boomers remember a lot of things that happened to the body for almost half of their lives. Therefore, boomers are not afraid of many so-called old infections. Even smallpox is not a problem for boomers, since every boomer has round vaccination scars on his left shoulder (smallpox vaccinations have not been given since 1980).
In general, " the boomer ship" is unsinkable. Boomers make up about 20 percent of the 8 billion world population. In 2024, the youngest boomer will turn 60. The “young” boomer has at least twenty golden years of life ahead of him.
Six billion people are looking at you and your expectations. We kindly ask you to think for a second that the world may not be constantly happy from your invulnerable presence. And a package of decisions about what to do with you was found and began to slowly unpack.
We mean new infections. All of them will have the word “atypical” in their name, say atypical flu. The immune system of people who are 60 years old and older is designed so that it is as strong as cast iron. But also as fragile as cast iron. Those who are accidentally “lucky” will face not years of enjoying a quiet garden and travel, but 3-5 years of ineffective standard rehabilitation for complications.
